Dashing Hounds operates one-on-one appointments ensuring each pooch receives the dedicated attention they deserve. Every Dog is hand washed and blow dried by a dog groomer offering the highest service.

While we are starting our new adventure, we are working from our beautiful federation house with a dedicated home grooming studio. In order for us to meet council requirements we require owners to leave and arrive promptly.

FAQ

  • We request owners leave for safety reasons. Dogs get very excited when their pawrents are around which increases the risk of an incident or the groom taking longer as they are too excited for us to continue safely.

  • To ensure your dog is happy and comfortable in their coat we recommend an 8 weekly schedule.

  • We request owners collect their dogs within 30 minutes of the pick up notification. We know sometimes things happen where this is not possible. These occurrences will be treated on a 'when happens basis' and in discretion.

  • After liaising with the City of Vincent, our Studio is exempt from requiring development approval, however we require 15 minutes between clients which makes it important for our customers to arrive and leave promptly.
